There will always be a demand for construction/masonry.

What new technology will be important?

I have just started incorporating computer programs to help me with my designs and layouts. This will be the way of the future.

What education or training did you have to prepare for this career?

I have taken various liscencing courses. I am basically self-taught and all my skills have been handed down from generation to generation.

What education or training do you recommend for students today who want to enter this field?

Vocational high school and college, hands-on training and business college courses/degree.
