None. I started this job 33 yrs ago with no training. Much to learn along the way.

What education or training do you recommend for students today who want to enter this field?

Any and all types of Rental Housing seminars which are available on line and through many different Housing Associations.

When you were in high school, did you know that you would enter this field?

No - I had no idea. I wanted to be an Air Traffic Controller but circumstances changed.
