Everything. The fact that I do everything. I am responsible for pcs, servers, phones, program maintenance on most of our applications (not necessarily programming, just responsible for it), information security... (I work for a small company)

newest programming languages, keeping up with newest computer hardware and operating systems. Virtual machines, cloud storage.

What education or training did you have to prepare for this career?

Associates degree in Computer science, but I learned alot on the the job.

What education or training do you recommend for students today who want to enter this field?

Computer science, problem solving technics.
